Tadalafil Review
Description
Tadalafil is another PDE5 inhibitors sold under the TM Cialis or Adcirca. Cialis is used for erectile dysfunction treatment, while Adcirca is taken in case of pulmonary arterial hypertension. It was created by ICOS Corporation and was primarily sold by its daughter company. Tadalafil is also manufactured by the Indian pharmaceutical company Cipla under the trade mark Tadacip.
Action
Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor. PDE5 inhibitors block the the degradative action of phosphodiesterase type 5, thus preventing the degradation of cyclic GMP. Cyclic GMP is a cyclic nucleotide, which plays an essential role for the work of smooth muscles. In plain words, Tadalafil has a supportative effect of muscles and blood vessels in the genital area, which are responsible for form erection.
Dosage
The recommended dosage of Cialis, when taken for ED treatment, is 10 mg. Depending on the drug efficiency or personal tolerance pof the drug, the dosage can be decreased by 5 mg or increased up to 20 mg. You should take Cialis once a day, 1 hour before sexual activity. If you want to take Cialis on a daily basis, the recommended dosage is 2, 5 mg a day. Side-effects
Can cause hypotension (low blood pressure), blurred vision, headache, dizziness, vomiting and heart attacks. Serious side effects are rare, but if you have any problems with health, consult your doctor first!
